While the whole town fathered at his door, Jesus healed and cleansed many of the sick and possessed. God is God and we can only wonder why some were healed and others were not.

The story speaks of Gentile kings worshipping a child. It also tells of effort and quest, of signs observed and followed, of risk and danger, deception and narrow escape.  Through all of this, a child became the revelation of God to the world.
